Is it worth paying for a Career Builder account upgrade in my job search?
My husband has been searching for a job for four months and so far no interviews. He has a great resume, education, experience, background, and portfolio...no reason why he shouldn't have some interest out there. Upgrading puts his resume to the top of a employers list when they do a search...worth it?
