Are there any national career counseling firms out there? Or do they tend to be local businesses?

If I'm going to try one, I want a good one that will be worth the money.

The big 3 career services firms are Right Management Consultants, Lee Hecht Harrison, and Drake Beam Morin. These are primarily outplacement firms, typically hired by companies to help employees impacted by layoffs, restructuring, etc. to find new employment.
