whch job search engine is better monster or career builder?

1. Career builder is the best. I put my resume on and got 12 hits in as little as 30min. I know my resume aint all that but hey I had better luck. with monster it took two weeks.
2. Why choose, use them both! If you are seriously looking for a job, use every job site/search engine you possibly can.
3. Career Builder is better. Monster sometimes leaves out details on jobs.
4. I prefer Monster because it has a more intuitive interface and you are able to sort and search for jobs with more criteria. However I agree with the statements above in that you should not really choose but use both, they both have distinct features and benefits, no reason to short hand yourself. I have included a few links that include other job search engines that you may be interested in. Also, try each states job bank, just search for "state name job bank", those can be especially useful and the jobs posted are much more formal.
